Tenants-Beware
1. Your lease may contain illegal information:
(a) Late charges 10% plus $5.00 per day
(b) Excessive and illegal charges to keep your security deposit

2. Not a good landlord-very slow about making repairs... If at all
3. Very rude in dealing with everyday problems. Very demanding for no reason.
