The owner of these apartments doesn't follow landlord tenant laws or real estate laws here in Oregon. He is a real estate agent here in Oregon but I don't think he knows how to sell homes as much as he knows how to run his apartment complex.
The laundry room is always dirty. The outside lights are always out. The owner doesn't know how to manage apartments. So far there has been a few lawsuits against this owner and maybe more are on the way.
The owner harasses good tenants that he doesn't like but doesn't understand that the tenant can file charges against the owner.
The rent at these apartments are higher then the apartments just next door which are going for about $700/month while these are going for about $725/month.
So stay away from Wood Tree Apts and Valley 4-plex.
