New company LOMCO deliberately refused to file CORRECT federal recertification for a tenant and threatened her. Multiple false items were on federal papers which LOMCO refuses to correct.
This is a HUD subsidy that requires appropriate maintenance standards, yet LOMCO posted the building will be "rehabilitated" and HUD subsidy increased to cover the costs. This rewards a housing corporation for failure to maintain, and YOU pay!
A tenant insisted that her paperwork be correct, and LOMCO screamed at her she would not be allowed lawful recertification or residency if she did not sign incorrect papers.
This is elder abuse of a woman in a wheelchair.
There are multi-agency irregularities and tenant cannot afford a dream team attorney to protect herself and/or taxpayers.
