Supreme Holdings - CydcorSupreme Holdings - Cydcor - NV Enterprises - Panther Promotions
Ripoff, brainwashing, college grads, false promises, deception, free labo

Like many other new grads, my first interview was exciting and I was very anxious to start working and making money. I was applying for positions via career builder, monster and several other web based job sites when i came across the ad for "supreme holdings" a company based in Garden City, very close to my home.

I sent my resume via email and 30 mins later i received a reply and set up an interview. Like those who have posted before me I was told that it was competitive, etc...

I believed everything they told me, although warned by others around me. I was "on the bell" almost every day and started making money. I became a leader after only a week (of paid work, after the whole week of free training) and was told that it was hard to do, and that i will be moving up faster than anyone else.

I was even ready to move to boston with the "expansion" company "NV Enterprises" (the name i think changed) 3 weeks before the move was supposed to take place, we were told that Boston was not our destination, but rather white plains, NY was (about 45 mins away)

This was only the beginning of the signs i began to see.
During one of the leaders meetings we were given the run down of the company, and how everything works. Finally the truth came out...

I was not the only one out of 25 people interviewd selected to come back. They are lucky to get 5 people to come in for interviews. This is a lie that they tell everyone that comes in for their first interview. (only one of the many lies that they feed you)

In order to move up in the company you must first be a "leader" which is not hard to do... Then you need to have at least 8 people on your "team" for so many months.
In an office of 15 "leaders" that would mean each one would need 8 people on their "team" to advance on to the "assistant manager" position. You can do the math and see how many people that would be in one office.

This is another case of "too good to be true" and although i was making some money, i feel that i wasted a month of my life, and about 2000 miles on my car. Although i feel the company is wrong to brainwash people into working hard, and beliving their lies... I did learn a lot from the company and their workshops were good... But i still would never ever do it again. And would advise people to stay away.
