Here are the problem I had with Cyber Sonic.
1. The unit died in the first month I had it. I called a customer service number that was in the book that accompanied the unit. The term "Customer Service" here is a joke. They were rude, nasty and unwilling to help me because I bought the unit over the internet. They told me it wasn't their problem. After numerous calls (at my expense, of course) and numerous threats, they finally agreed to replace the unit.
2. The second unit has worked well, at least it hasn't died, but the "FREE" replacement brushed only came once, last August and I haven't seen another set, nor can I find anyone at any numbers that are provided who can tell me who to talk to about this. Apparently they are provided by some company out of San Juan Capistrano, CA but no one can tell me how to reach them, so I still can't use the unit.
Anyone who considers buying this brush should definitely think twice.
