Chris Welsh, President;
Below are charges taken out of my check for items never told to me when being hired. These are horrible charges to drivers. USA Truck's employment has been the most irresponsible company I have ever worked for.
Your Program promised $400-$600 a week; for Christmas, I received an error made by USA Truck and was paid $85 for that week. I have had average salaries from $0-$200. USA Truck paid me $3000 for three months in salary, which you can see is below poverty level.
This Company works under the premise of "prison guard dispathers", also USA Truck made horrendous mistakes to my salary, did not compensate for company equipment and expenses, would not pay for customary charges as; tolls/scales/permits and were reluctant to pay for reimbursements.
I find that your Company has sponsored a Company that many like me regret to be hired by, are criminally intentionally practicing and are resposible for many leaving this profession. I have left them because with a family of five (5) I cannot be working so hard and then being victimized by these crooks. Your Company can make a difference and meet me half way with the balance of the bill.

5. Company Fines and Tickets $178.00
