I was offered this job by shanna suzane selby and at the time it was a really great opportunity... Then i started making money because i have been a salesman most of my career... I was supposed to get $45. Oo a day paid training for two weeks well my first day i sold well over the expected amount and if i was getting just the profit that i earned i should have gotten about $100.00 but that was not the case... I got $45.00 and for two more days i exceeded shannas expectations... I still just got 45. Oo then i was put on my "first Day Bonuses" where if you pull so much then you get extra profit... Sounds good right? Well the "extra" comes from all the other people in the room and you can't Opt out either they take the money you "pledge" out of your pay at the end of the 12 to 14 hour day you work... So i was put with this guy and he made sure i got to go to all the sorry places and not make any money... Well i only made 50 extra dollars that day instead of what i could have... Then i was made a "leader" that was good till they started putting people on my team and i had to pay them "training" and some how the pay was increased to 50 dollars now... Then i started getting wise... We would take out merchandise and be told that it was "non-returnable" which meant they were tired of having them and if we didn't sell them we got stuck with them... Who wants $100. Oo worth of broke junk... Some of the stuff was good quality... Most was crap... Now when the s... T hit the fan shanna was in big trouble from the head office because she owed them a bunch of money... She got harder and harder on us. We were down to 7 people in the office...
I found a supplier where i could get wholesale merchandise on consignment and decided to try it for a day or two... So i would go in at 6:30 every morning and take out an order from her; take it to my house when we left out and drop it off; go to the new place and pick up an order there... There is no comparison to the difference in honest and dishonest sales... The people i get from now are awesome... I get a price for something and it stays that price... No "saturday cost" i get 50% profit all the time... If not more... Honesty pays off... Want to hear more about the crooks in dsmax/innovage send a reply...
