We received several relay calls and they asked to place an order from our Company. We took the orders and told them they had to pay cash or credit card. They requested they had an account with DHL for Shippment. We marked them Collect. He gave us several credit card numbers because when we called for approval some didn't go through and he would say try this one. It would go through. After the shipment left. Then they would call or email and say for us to pick up the shipment and charge it to their credit card. We told them we can't. They did this for about 3 orders.
We get a phone call from DHL and they want us to pay the bill for the freight. We said no because the bill was marked collect. They said it is fraudulents. The shipments are coming back to us. We still do not know if the credit cards are actually going to go through yet. The bank came down and disquisted this with us about their is fraudulents from this area.
We want to report this so it doesn't happen again. We think they stole all the credit cards and was using them. I have all the information that they gave me. Like all the credit card numbers and where to send them. I kept all my email just in case.
We would like to know what needs to be done to catch them.

We are not taking anymore relay calls. This is how they started and they called us about every 15 minutes until we told them you have to email I can't be on the phone all day we have a business here and we will get to you as soon as possible.
