The buyer contacted me via email about placing a wholesale order. After several emails back and forth, the quantity and price were set and I invoiced the buyer. He called back and wanted to pay for the order with credit cards, one for the merchandise and one for the shipping, customs, and duties. He provided all of the credit card information: name, card type, card numbers, expiration, and the cvs (avs) numbers from the back of the cards and the charges cleared. After I had ordered the merchandise from the manufacturer and arranged shipping with the buyers preferred shipping company, about two weeks after the original charges on 7/7 I received a charge back notice from my credit card processor as unauthorized credit card charges.
