Jim Rosen And Jeff Paul Mentoring Of America - APPLIED MERCHANT SYSTEMS
Fraud and Rip Off!

Hey all, In early December I bought the Jim Rosen infomercial package, then got sweet-talked into buying the $4,500 SUPER DUPER PACKAGE by some guy named Michael Bunata. He used to be the Red Ranger in the Original Power Rangers TV Show in the early 90s.

He said that I was going to be able to get my money back in about 14 days considering it was going to be Christmas season. I wanted to ask him the question: "What exactly comes with the $4,500 package?" I sent that question to him via email, but of course no response.

One week later, I got a call from APPLIED MERCHANT SYSTEMS by Kon Kruglyak and he said that I was ready to have my merchant account set up... And that I just needed to pay $170 to set it up! I was also going to get charged a monthly fee for having the account open. Fantastic, isn't it?

When I got my bank statement the month after I sure enough saw that I was charged $170, by APPLIED MERCHANT SYSTEMS in Chicago, Illinois. I looked further down my statement and lo and behold I see a $30 charge from a PAPA ROMEO'S PIZZA which is also based on Chicago, Illinois. Isn't that great? They charge my bank account for the merchant account then treat themselves to $30 worth of PAPA ROMEO'S PIZZA 3 days later?

I emailed Kon Kruglyak about this situation and he said that it takes several days for this to be investigated. It's been 3 months now and no reply...

Kon Kruglyak wrote: Yeah Ruel let me look into it, I am sorry that thishappened. Let me look into this and see what happened. If anything happened and I will call you tomorrow. And if it was anything from my office I will guarantee you, you will get your money back for that. I am sorry once again but I need a few days to investigate this... Ok? Kon Kruglyak

This is the email I got from him. Kon Kruglyak wrote:

Hey Ruel, I am still waiting on the word in regards to what happen as soon as I hear anything I will email you back and let you knowThanksKon Kruglyak

This is the other email I got from him when I pressed on the matter.

Hey Ruel sorry I haven't gotten back to you I am actually away on business right now I will be back in the office Monday mourning we will resolve everything that... Sorry for the troublekon

And this is the last one I got from him. Does anyone know how I can resolve this and take this to the proper authorities? Any help would be appreciated.

This is the address of APPLIED MERCHANT SYSTEMS if anyone is interested:

When I bought the Jim Rosen package I was not told that I was going to have to pay for all these other things such as: Merchant Account, Domain Name, Dropshippers, Membership Registration, DBA (Doing Business As)

It would also have been nice if I was told that I would have to get a Business License and a Sellers Permit in compliance with my state laws.

The people who called me and coached me gave me their email addresses and phone numbers and I tried to email them but the email addresses they gave me doesn't exist. I tried to call them and the phone number they gave me was for Real Estate Coaching. I was talking to a machine for 20 minutes.

If anyone has any information on class action lawsuits regarding Jim Rosen I would like to be involved in it. Thank you in advance and I hope that he doesn't scam any more hard working and innocent people.
