I posted yesterday that Applied Merchant Systems refused tosend funds from a transaction with a client. After being given two options, AMSremoved the option that proved it was a valid transaction and insisted on usreversing the charge. We reversed and got a check from the client. As mentionedearlier, AMS charged a transaction fee to us. Today, they processed thereversal of the charge. So they held the funds initially, but didn't processthe reversal against the held funds... They reversed it against our account. Theinitial charge was $6000 and the fees that they are refusing to reverse (bothinitial charge then forced reversal) will be $600. Do not use this company!
