I purchased epil stop from walgreens in ft wayne indiana. I tried it out as directions states. Nothing. Called customer service they told me to leave it on for 10 mins (which i only left on for 8 mins) and ended up with burns all over my back.
When i called customer service back was told to take pictures and i did and call back to corporate office (same number good luck) when i did get through many rude people and they call it customer service. Their product did the damage so rude does not play a part. I got a lad who was nice enough to tell me to send a letter stating what happened and what i expectto be done and send it to igia direct 245 8th ave pmb#855 new york new york which i did priority mail. Sent on jan11 and they picked up on jan 16. Now after many emails and calls im told they did not recieve it and with out the product too bad. Well to bad is right. My attorney will be handling this.
It is time big companies account for thier mistakes.
