My mother ordered the product & said it didn't work, so my sister tried it & it didn't work for her either... So I told my mom I would take care of returning it for her. Ofcourse I had to try this Epil-Stop before returning it & it burned me so bad it was severly painful, even the cold water felt like razor cuts & I did a small patch test.
DON'T BE FOOLED - *MANY PEOPLE, have been severly effected* They mistreat you in customer service by hanging up & refusing to give you to a supervisor, they insist on keeping shipping charges though they are in a potential law-suit situation, they certainly know how to rip you off.
I'm also filing with the ATTORNEY GENERAL & BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and hope YOU FILE AS WELL. Let's stop the deception!
