Rip-off fraud late fee charge all months with ge capital cons cardco card

I send my payments every month two weeks or one and half week before to my due date, and all months I hate to paid late fee, is very estrange if my due date on the 8's all time say was received my paid met on 9's and I had to pay the late fee of $29.00 dlls, I thing is not fear.
