Ripoff charged my bank account without authorization $39.96 and I don't know what for Los Angeles Calafornia

I was simply perusing this site, same as the lady from Ephrata, PA - (my hometown is LancasterPA - write me if you want!) and same exact thing happened. I stopped all form info and there was no mention whatsoever of a fee for 'membership' or to apply for a loan. It was taken out of my acct. Almost immediately, unbeknownst to me.

I live on fixed income - this $39.96 really hurt after bank charges, etc. How can they do this? I did receive a call from them on my answering machine prior to the chgs saying I received $3000 in credit. I laughed, knowing full well what my credit report looks like and how I have struggled. More people need to report them.

Does ANYONE HAVE A PHONE #? My best guess is to try calling as if one wants to purchase a system and that is the only way to speak to anyone... 888 913 6100 I can only suggest.
