Are taking money from me and can not reach them on phone just an answering machine Internet

I want to cancel my order and they will not answer my phone call and they just have an answering machine and will not call me back they keep on taking money out of my pay pal account and i want it stopped i am an old lady and live on a limited income so please help me and let me know what you know about them and stop them from doing this to everybody
