I have done business with ICC only to find that once they have your money they do not respond.
We received our shipment and discovered that several items were damaged and not in any condition to be sold. Johnny DeJesus (our rep) sent us an email stating that we have a credit balance.
I've tried for the past four months to get anyone from the company to contact us regarding this to no avail. They do not return phone calls or emails.
I have also found out that the way they sell their packages is quite misleading.
Basically you are being sold product to sell on consignment in retail venues at a manufacturers suggested retail price. The price is figured out to net you approximately a 100% markup after paying the location 30% of the retail price. Unfortunately, the price you pay for the initial shipment turns out to be double what the individual price (to the distributor) of each candle is.
The end result is that you cannot make a profit on your initial inventory.
I really would appreciate being contacted by anyone who has been scammed by them - I'm interested in going after these people.
