Ripoff, shipping costs must be paid via checking account and are higher than if you bought it at a store

I was contacted by phone, and in attempt to repair my credit, i agreed to enter this program.
Once i went online I discovered the cost and shipping (which must be paid up front) was outrageous.
Also, most of the popular items are "blow out prices" which must be paid in full from the checking account at time of order placement. How does this help my credit?

I am now short at least $100 and have to fight with the bank to discontinue any other transactions. I am still investigating why my account is down by $300 from the week I enrolled. HELP
