R3 Enterprises AKA Cydcor, Granton Marketing, DS Max The Lies of R3 Enterprises Fort Lauderdale Florida

The Lies of R3 Enterprises, Inc.

I could've never imagined writing something like this. If you are reading this then you must be either interviewing with R3 Enterprises, currently working there or not working for a Cydcor office anymore. I am not writing this to bash all the other Cydcor offices but rather to expose the lies and deceit of R3 Enterprises. I think most Cydcor owners are very good people.in fact if you work in Jaime Hepp's office (LA) you are doing just fine. He's a class act and I would go to war for him any day of the week! Mainly because he is honest and up front with his people.

Unlike my experience, I can say in the final analysis I was brainwashed. I was very naive to how companies operated. Then I got so into it I couldn't quit. If you don't have time to read through this completely let me just give you some advice up front. If you work for R3 Enterprises, run away as fast as you can. If you are going to be interviewing there don't go in. If you are about to start working there don't show up. Save yourself the trouble and the extreme loss of family, friends, and dollars. Don't be a fool like me. Like anything though, allot of what you are about to read is just my opinion and you don't have to believe it. If you don't want to believe me that's fine, do your own research and come up with your own conclusions.

About Me

I had been in the business for a little while. It took me a long time to get ahead. I was able to see first hand what really happens because I was not in the field. I worked harder than most and was more sold on the company than anyone else I know. The sad part is during my time of working for R3 Enterprises I've gone into debt and ruined a few relationships all for nothing. Well I made Rob a lot of money though so at least someone benefited. I did get some good experience.

The only thing Rob Reger ever taught me was how to screw employees over. He taught me how he did misleading interviews. He taught me very well how to talk people into staying even though they didn't even make $100.00 per week. He taught me how to break the rules and policies that he himself and the company Cydcor set for their employees, (e.G. Personal relationships with employees), he definitely taught me that stuff very well.in fact when I started with R3 Enterprises I heard a story about Rob having a relationship with a girl in his office and then cheated with another woman from the office in the apartment he shared with numerous people who moved to Orlando with him. I don't know what his roommates were on but I was amazed how he could convince good people to move to Orlando for him. This continued while his girlfriend was still living there. Once girl number one found out, three of five of his employees quit within a week. It's funny cause he always told us not to do those things. I feel extremely guilty about the people who worked for the company, we got the worst of it. Turnover is outrageous. People don't get paid for at least three weeks.

At first, I thought that's the way it was at all jobs but that is not true. I was working at my next job for about a week and they paid me right away for that first week. It's sad to watch people take home weekly pay checks for less than $200.00 THAT'S POVERTY PEOPLE!!! Because you have to cover your own gas and other expenses you usually break even every pay check, like I did. It makes me sick just thinking about it even though it has been a few years since I left. Then when these poor, broke people came to me with doubts about this business, Rob taught us all how to talk them into staying. So if you ever worked for R3 Enterprises, I want to tell you how sorry I am for ruining your lives and ripping you all off. You all believed in the company and the concept and it failed us all miserably. I am eternally sorry to you all for everything.

Day To Day Office Operations

All right! Office operations! If you have had a lunch time break down or seen a pre-management meeting that term is linked to being an Assistant Manager. Here's what I know: all managers do for most of the day is interview people.

The first interview I had with Rob was very vague and only about 10-15 minutes in length. I would hate to be the one to do them because Rob is not being upfront about anything I should have realized this during my first interview with him. Try asking Rob direct hard line questions in the first interview. I know I did. He won't even look you in the eye and if he does then he's very vague. Most people I took on a day of O left their first interview with no idea what the job really was about.

I was told by the administrator Rob does at least 20 interviews a day every day! What kind of real company does that every week day out of the year??? The ads on the internet are not completely true. During the day managers also: sleep, look at inappropriate offensive material (which the administrator found in the hard drive on the office computer and it wasn't from the Assistant Manager because he was in the field virtually every day even though he was an Assistant forever. They do payroll once a week, call interviews who we're smart and didn't come in, call employees who didn't come in, eat lunch and get fat, have unprofessional relationships with their administrators, shop, and twiddle their thumbs as us drones go out and sell paper all day.

Then at the end of the day Rob will try to run an effective evening atmosphere to ensure no employees neg out. It is also at this time when the drones who are on the bubble about the company want to talk to Rob in private. At this point Rob goes into his office and sells this person on why they shouldn't quit. Sometimes the employee shows up the next day and sometimes they don't. It depends on how good a salesmen the manager is and Rob is a master. He's a very good used car salesmen.

Assistant Mangers

OOH!!! The elusive Assistant Manager title. It is what all R3 employees want to be and 90% of them never reach this mark. That stat is out of Rob Reger's own mouth. The reason is because it is almost impossible to do or people go broke trying and quit. It was when some get further in the business their attitudes about the whole R3 Enterprises concept change for the worse. I pondered quitting but the problem was I invested too much time and money to really consider quitting at that time. The explanations of this have changed and the managers are more up front about it then when I started. On my interview I was told Assistant Mangers never go out in the field, make $1000.00 per week, and go on to run an office. That isn't all true.

The fact is most assistants are not paid one dime for the days when they are in the office. Rob's Assistant was always in the field and had been around for longer than a year. I thought it takes 6-12 months to get to an office! The money was to go into a security account which of course only Rob has access to. So, at this point hypothetically speaking one would start to run up credit cards and be somewhat irresponsible and that is their fault.

But you don't see that grand a week.instead you make nothing as an assistant and usually you are always in the field for two reasons: you have to make money to survive, and secondly you constantly have to put more people on your crew cause the team that got you promoted is very fragile at best. The catch is if your team isn't intact or your team is not hitting your production on a weekly basis then guess where you go? BACK TO THE FIELD PAL!!! I understand the idea here but there's one big problem: no one told me this until after I started.

Running a Deal

A slang term for a Cydcor office is an outside deal or just deal. When you run your deal you're an incorporated business. So, I guess legally your are running a business but one thing that bothers me to this day is, one burning question: how good is the business that you run? What kind of great company has 90% turnover? What kind of company has to convince employees to stay when they have doubts? What kind of company does 20 interviews every business day of every year? What kind of CEO can sleep at night knowing his employees average less than $200.00 per week? Well in my opinion not a very good one. Rob likes to tell people the benefit is you get to run your own company. But if the company isn't any good then why would you want to run one and go through all the hoops to get promoted? I don't know just a thought.

A Managers Life

A managers life is one of difficulty and great uncertainty. As an owner you are pinning your financial hopes on a bunch of twenty something year olds coming in and working for almost no money everyday. Although Rob lives with his woman now not too long ago it was very different. I was told most managers live with their employees because the manager doesn't make enough money to have his own place or he has to monitor them from neging out at night. I thought maybe Rob paid the rent for everyone who lived with him but I found out that is not true. Some managers make 100K but there is a huge catch.

The owner has to pay for: his admin, the office space rent, payroll taxes, his own personal expenses, office expenses such as: computers and supplies, desks, chairs for the lobby, phones and the high phone bills. So really I don't think owners make that much money. If they do why does Rob drive a 99 Infinity? If you really made that much money wouldn't you buy at least a new car instead of a 99 Infinity?

The Clients

Often times managers like Rob will talk about the clients Cydcor represents and how that makes R3 Enterprises a good company. I will admit Staples, Visa/Master Card, and AT & T are good companies but the campaigns are very misleading to clients. When I was working on the Quill (Staples) Office supply campaign we would get orders from businesses because of the low prices we would offer as a sales rep. Sounds like a good idea but the problem is businesses can't get paper for $19.90 after we walk out the door. So for one order the client is fine but after that they pay list prices for everything which those prices are usually higher and they get pissed or just don't re order. The point of sales is to acquire clients and take care of them not deceive them.

Turn Over

The turn over at R3 Enterprises is extremely high. If Rob tells you different he is lying to you. Here's some stats sports fans. Over the two years R3 Enterprises has been in business, they have rep codes ranging from the 150's up to the 290's And only two people had been promoted that I know of. That's really sad. That's about 147 people who started with the company and got through all four days of training and somewhere along the way quit. That figure doesn't account for all the people I saw start and quit during their first four days of training and never get a rep code! I would guess the number is more like 400 over those two years. It always hurt my feelings to see people struggle. I saw people quit and cry in the office and others who hate the company and former employees so much they send threatening emails! It doesn't sound like much fun being a manager.

Final Thoughts

I wanted to wrap this up by letting all you readers know that all the facts reported here are completely true! I have learned them from former employees and managers in the Cydcor network along with my own experiences. I am not taking shots at Cydcor as a whole just R3 Enterprises as a corporation. I was told Cydcor just gets clients for the offices so I know it's not their fault R3 Enterprises is run the way it is. There are tons of horror stories that I really don't want to think about or write about.

My opinions are what they are. I am sorry if you don't agree with them but this is America and I have a write to express my opinions. What has happened to me is wrong and it's about time someone stood up and exposed the company for the monster that it really is. I feel very sorry for Rob Reger because he doesn't know who he really is. At each turn he has to try to decide which Reger he's going to be which must be very exhausting. If you work R3 Enterprises then you will spend a long time in debt and misery. I am sure there will be some rebuttals to this both good and bad. That's fine. All I'll say is believe what you want to believe. Do your own research and come up with your own conclusions

I'm out.
