Recieved what I thought was a vacation package for myself, husband and daughter. On arrival I found out I had only paid for half. I would then have to pay an additional amount for my husband and daughter. I wrote to the president requesting a refund and have heard nothing.
I phone the company and get transfered from person to person saying it's not their department and I can't get a refund because they have a "no refund policy" That's crap, any upstanding company would refund their customer. What happened to "The customer is always right?" I just want my money back. My credit card company is of no help either. The transaction isn't considered fraud because I gave the Ramada Plaza my number willingly.
