This dealerhip advertizes 48 hours to return the vehicle that was purchased, then denies you the right to do so. My brother returned a vehicle well within this 48hour period and dealer told him it would be considered a repossession of the vehicle. Why?
The contract had not been sent to the fin co, so what was the problem? To submit a contract after any vehicle has been returned is legal thievery. Bad, Bad business ethics and false advertizement. This seems to be what Eastern Motors is most known for. Complete and Total ripoff any way they can do it.
