Ripoff, did not do safety check pitman arm came off, owe more than vehicle is worth, cursed us out when confronted with findings. Did not fully go over contract. Will cost approximately $2000. To properly fix the vehicle

Added $9000.00 to the cost of the vehicle and did not explain it during the signing of the contract. Rushed us to sign the contract.

Pitman arm came off of the jeep (fortunately, no one was driving the vehicle). Owe more than the vehicle is worth... Did not honor their advertisement.

When confronted with the descrepancies on the contract, we received a "royal" cursing by several people including Mark (the sales rep), Larry Wong (so-called district manager) and Sharon (the office manager).
