This company specializes in AUTO FRAUD, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND FORGERY! I was lured into coming in by an Auto Auction ad, when I got there the vehicle I wanted to purchase was unavailable. I was told that I couldn't get bank approval and that I would have to settle for a 2006 Dodge Caravan instead. When I told the dealer that I did not want that vehicle, he insisted that it was a better car and told me to test drive it to my family so that they can see for themselves. When I asked if this was in writing, I was shown the contract where the dealer underlined my rights to cancellation.
Believing that I could cancel, I signed the contract and told him that I would be back to pick up my other vehicle and return the dealer's vehicle as promised. He agreed. When I returned with the vehicle, he went back on his word, laughed at me and told me that I signed a Warranty Contract, and that it meant I could cancel the warranty for the vehicle. When I threatened to contact the authorities and report him, he then said he would cancel the vehicle but that I had to return in a couple of days as he could not do this right away. I brought the vehicle back to him, gave him his keys and took my plates. He refused to provide me with documents that we canceled the deal.instead, he called me threatening me and telling me to come and claim the vehicle because he already received financial funding for it.
I never signed any Bill of Sale, and if he indeed receive payment for the vehicle, it was with FORGED DOCUMENTS. I have been trying feverishly to get the dealer to provide me with all documents in connection with this deceptive practice, but he refuses to comply with me. To make matters worse, the dealer is in possession of the vehicle, received financial payment for it... And is attempting to RESELL the vehicle again! This scam must be STOPPED! Please help!!
