Cannot cancel my monthly subscription, emails go unanswered

I signed up for one month and wanted to cancel after that but email after email just stays unanswered.

I have to pay a monthly debit order that goes off religiously but they never reply to get my account cancelled.

I tried to stop it at the bank but they have fine print in there that does not allow you to do it.
