I too fell victim to this, I tried to call them back to get my money back and was told that it was "impossible" because they have a recorded verbal agreement. I told them that this was very misleading and the rep said that "this is what you agreed to" I told her I would be taking this further and would report them to the Attorney General of New York.
My bank would not help me because they said that the money was taken out exactly as instructed. I am in the process of trying to convince my bank that although it was taken as instructed, the intent was fraudulant.
