Centurion Financial Benefits scammed me and I want justice served.in attempts to receive a refund, I have found that Centurion's ACH is Calnet Business Bank. There is a website with the email addresses and phone numbers of their top executives. Please visit the website. Please call the executives.
It was my impression after contacting the VP of this company that they were somewhat aware of Centurion's business practices. The man I spoke with informed me that in order to recieve a refund on my $249.00 debit, I must file an affidavit claim along with a letter of circumstance and include a copy of the check draft (all provided by your personal banking institution) and send these completed forms to my bank.
Then my bank would make attempts to collect my money from Calnet Bank. The executive said this was the only way to recoup my loss. The Calnet Business Bank executive gave me the impression that this filing process must be completed as quickly as possible although he would not disclose why.
As for the editior's advice on fighting back, I have found that my bank (BoA) will not acknowledge fraudulent activity if the illigimate company has recorded you with your ok.
