Centurion Financial Benefits operates out of New York, but the senior management of the firm is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The reports I sent to the New York State District Attorney's office resulted in one correspondence from someone in Canada. They Told the DA in New York that they would reimburse me by crediting my account, which I closed due to their predatory charges. The NY DA's office just now wrote to me saying that they could no longer help me get the money back that was wrongfully and illegally stolen from me. They stated that they have no control over the people in Canada and that businesses such as their's "move around quite often, " according to what one DA staff member told me.
I went for their advertisement because I'm disabled and live on disability. I had planned to use the credit to consolidate some of my bills.instead, I'm $249.00 poorer than I was before this scandal hit me. What Centurion Financial Benefits did to me resulted in depression and hopelessness. I still haven't recovered from losing $249.00 to Internet crooks from Canada.
