Buyer beware: if you choose to purchase Microsoft 365, you will find that Microsoft is out to try to take a monthly fee and provide a product and support that is awful. I have spent over 3 months trying to get this up and running.
Microsoft induces outside IT contractors to call themselves Microsoft Partners to lure consumers to believe these are knowledgeable technicians who can charge $110 an hour to fix your problem. When they arrive on site they convince you to buy Microsoft 365 since they claim it will solve the problem. Don't get lured into believing this myth. It will only be the beginning of your nightmares. I now have multiple copies of contacts so I can't even use my contact listing, and the search function doesn't work. It messed up my laptop when 365 was installed. When I pleaded with Microsoft that I don't want this product they tried to convince me that they would have a specialist work with me to assure everything is in working order. This is a bunch of nonsense. Beware, the product is dangerous.
