My husband has been with Sears for over 30 years and finally realized Sears is a store who does NOT stand behind their word. Over the years from refrigerators to matresses have been purchased and the last 1000.00 purchase of a Sealy matress was pure B S we are not the only complainers on this issue our King sized matress is a real piece of SH. I started having back issues (never had before) from this saggy piece of garbage. Now they will not replace or refund. NEVER EVER will we shop at SEars again they are nothing but a B S Company and they should of went out of bussiness when they were sinking before. Sears another disatisfied customer... You lost our future purchases... A class action suit has been filed. You suck!!!
