My husband has been with Sears for over 30 years and finally realized Sears is a store who does not stand behind their word. Over the years from refrigerators to mattresses have been purchased and the last 1000.00 purchase of a Sealy mattress was a real disappointment, we are not the only complainers on this issue, our King sized mattress is a real piece of junk. I started having back issues (never had before) from this saggy mattress. Now they will not replace or refund. never ever will we shop at Sears again, they should have gone out of business when they were sinking before. Sears another dissatisfied customer... You lost our future purchases... A class action suit has been filed.
