I tried the free trial version & immediately was struck by the way the program acted more like virus. Within the next 12 hours I uninstalled the program [was very hard since it had imbedded itself in a lot of other places in the system. My calls have met with "It will be credited to your account immediately"-this has not been yet occurred. Emails that I have provided registration key have been for the most part ignored. Just got my January bill-here it is billed again! This program is a scam! Don't even consdider TRYING this. I guarantee you will be sorry. I do feel they owe me for at least 5 months @ $14.99 $29.99 for 5 months which equal $227.50, especially since I have never used it except the one time. I work on computers professionally, but I'm not charging for my repair time of about 3 days. Considering my past experience, I do not expect to see this money returned, but when the amount reaches grand theft, I will just file criminal charges.
