I signed up for 3 day trial as soon as the 3 days was up I uninstalled the program only to find out that they had already auto deducted 29.95 from my checking consumer rip-off fraud

Now that I have uninstalled the program, they still deduct 29.95 from my account, I have e mail with no response, and I can't even install the 3.0 program to get my 29.95 worth out of it! Have asked them for assistance but no reply from Onlindetective 3.0
