We needed a replacement piece for the new XBOX and they sent not only that piece but also a complete console. Both the broken item and the console were returned and received by them on 12/19 at their Laredo TX facility. We have the fed ex comfirmation, They then charged my account for $533.93 on 1/1. They say that their resolution department can not process my problem for 7 days because of backlog. Seems they must have done this to quite a few people if there is a 7 day backlog. Shameful for such a big company to not try harder.
