Charged my account more money & Never delivered Flowers

I placed an same day flower delivery order with this compay. The flowers were never delivered and they charge my cared for more money than the order was suppose to be. I have tried calling and calling they have a voice recording and then they hang up on you. I filed a disputed with my banking institution. They are conducting an investigation against this company.
