I need a product for a missionary trip that I leaving for on Sunday. The product could only be purchased in California and needed to be couriered to me by Friday. I paid UPS $120 for delivery so that they could "guarantee" that the package would arrive on time.
Friday came and went with no delivery. I finally got a call in-which the staff member essentially said "It will be there on Monday. Too bad for you"!
I am leaving the country permanently on Sunday! UPS doesn't seem to care about the fact that their late delivery is costing me $3,000 and that I would never have made the purchase without their "guarantee"! Their support staff have been extremely uncaring and maintain a terrible attitude.
I either need the package today or I need them to deliver it to Africa for me at no cost. Hello Peter is my last hope as no-one in the giant organisation gives a rip = (
