I wrote the following email to The Beall Tool Company on 2 December;
"Hi Jackie,
I made inquiries at our post office today regarding the tool I purchased from you. I was told that this parcel had not entered South Africa yet. I am refused access to [URL Removed] Could you please find out from your side what has happened to this parcel and let me know.

Andre Oosthuizen."
No reply, when I placed the order she replied immediately. Disgusting service. I hope the Mr Beall reads this message.
