I preordered a CD that also came with a bunch of other stuff. Now I know that preorders can take a while, but it's been 4 months since I was supposed to have gotten my things. I've emailed them and have gotten no response at all. I am very disappointed, because my favorite band sells directly from them and I don't want to be waiting months to get something I could get in a week from some other place.
