In January, I preordered an album that wasn't coming out until April. I was given the ship date of March 29th, that way it would be here in time for the release date of April 2nd. It's April 4th today, and it's showing that it still hasn't left the warehouse. I received an e-mail in March stating that the Vinyl included in this album was on delay and the rest of the items would ship out as normal. I have tried e-mailing, and calling to find out what the delay is. I was really hoping to have this by my husband's birthday, but it's not looking like it. It's more than ridiculous that I spent over 100 dollars on this stuff for it to STILL not be here 7 days after they said it was going to ship. Processing. Processing. That's what it says on all the sites. Meaning it's STILL at the warehouse. Ugh! I don't care if this is the only place I can get Dear Hunter merch. I'll NEVER do it again, which is unfortunate for the band, because they're the ones losing out.
