Received wrong item Dec. Per MerchNow requirements, shipped back pre-paid with understanding would get amount refunded or credited. Several calls later which breaks down to 2% a person answering and 98% voice mail, nothing! Contacted BBB and after 4 weeks no response. MerchNow management needs a shake-up, a lesson in customer service and deserves to be shut down. I have heard this practice of sending wrong items and not refunding or crediting, is been done on purpose to collect extra money as they figure nobody will complain for small amounts. What a philosophy. Do not buy from MerchNow.
