Their were 3 of us that booked and pre paid for our tee times at boulder pointe golf club thru ezlinks.com. Upon showing up for our 10am tee time, I was approached by a man in the parking lot who said their would be a 2 hour delay for frost. I called my one friend who was not their yet and so he decided to cancel and get a refund from ezlinks. My other friend and I came back as instructed after 2 hours. The superintendent did not bother to come to the parking lot, opting to yell from the club house deck, and asking if we were not getting our refund from ezlinks since he just got off the phone with them. I said that was our one friend who could not wait that long, and we were still playing. He started yelling about how he was not gonna open for just us since we used ezlinks, but if we would have paid the normal way at the club house he would have. I said you told us to come back at 12 and he told me not to take things for granted. I said we just went by what you said. He then went into a rant about not doing business with ezlinks again. He went inside then and my friend went in to discuss it further. The man said he was done with ezlinks scum and my friend better get off the property or he would kick his ass.
This was unbelievable and hard to believe they have people like this operating their business. We will of course never go their again.
