3 out of 5 times the coupon did not work

In the first incident I was locked out of the account and the password I use did not work had to change password and still cannot access the code to pay the restaurant I paid full price without a coupon. Second time the code did not pop up and I could not make the purchase third time the owner of the restaurant told me that the coupon was already used
