I purchased a living room set back in March 25. I started noticing 3 months later that the sofa had loosen up. When you sit down there is no support you fall deep in them. Also the decorative pillows have threads coming off. On the recliner you can notice the fading where you sit and also on the armrest. The recliner is torn from the back. That happened when I reclined but its a "recliner" it should not do that. When I made this purchase the sales person sold me the insurance. That is one thing I remember she said"oh yeah it covers everything". Whats the first thing they say when i go to the store "insurance does not cover that". The insurance did say they would come and fix the sofa but not the recliner. The bottom line is I wish i can get my money back now I see how cheap their furniture is. Thanks
