I singed up with brainhost about three months ago paying for lifetime hosting after being recommended by Ryan Deiss of Digital Marketing.com
Since then I have had my sites go down at least three times for extended periods of time. They only seem to look at the support emails once a day probably when they first arrive at work log in and then email a few people back and log out till the next day.
Honestly 24 hour 7 day support is not matched by my help desk queries. My current loss of service is now already for 5 days.
Signing up for them was a no brainer. At least my brain was not working when I took Ryan's suggestion. NOt taking any more emails from him anymore. He has definitely lost a customer.
