I signed up with "Income Times Ten" and they offered a free web site through Brain Host. I completed the Brain Host form to have my present website "enrichyourselfsite.com" with Brain Host transferred over to Income Times Ten and they would set the site up for me under their program offer. Brain Host will not accept the transfer and told me that my e-mail was the same as a present e-mail with them. They had an area to fill out to pay a new sign up fee and hosting fee and this is not right because I am already paying hosting fees on a 2 year plan. If I can't transfer over to Income Times Ten that deals with Brain Host then I'm being ripped off because Brain Host will not honour the transfer. To say the least I am not a happy customer and want the system to honour an internal transfer.
