Don t explain everything to me for the process of reconnecting service

Well I phoned Beechnut Utility District in Monday 9-16; I spoke with someone name Jean; I asked her for the addresses to their company so I could get my payment mailed off to them. No one explained that if the payment was sent to the P O Box that it would go to their bank first then processed and sent to them to be posted. How is a customer supposed to know these things if not explained to in detailed? Then I was nt tod that I would have to pay a $ 50 reconnect fee not one time and I asked questions and no reply. I believe this water company is some crooks. The Board member s live in the subdivision and has paid people's bills for them. They play favoritism and this is alot of money they are getting from customers. You mail a payment it goes to a P O Box, then if it s another address for overnight payments. Then it s another address to call. I mean what in the world kind of company is this? Highway robbery I say and I dnt even believe they even read these complaints. But after my lease is up I will never move into a subdivision that deals with this company.
