Treat customer like slave

I didn't notice that i lost my water bill for May; So, i missed paying that month. Then i received a letter on 06/21 from the company to mention that i have until 06/23 to pay the bill i owned. I immediated pay it in same day throu Bank online. Then they cut water to my house and ask me to pay: Late Fee $50 Reconnect Fee $50 Deposite (while refusing to credit back $50 i deposited before. This is ridiculer) $10 Fee (something else). I am realy upset because i just paying late 1 bill only, then they cut the service without caring that is essential need. With me, paying late fee is fair enough; But cut the Water service... It seem to be they don't care about customer. It is bad for me because can't change to another Water provider company (my subdivision is belong to Beechnut MUD). If i have choise, i 'll switch to another company even if i have to pay higher rate.
