I own the original Galaxy Note and recently the phone stopped recognising my SIM as well as others. I ran a search online and found that it was a common fault in Samsung phones - I still had a year left on my warranty so I sent it to them but after a week of having my phone they declined to fix it, stating the phone had severe physical damage when the phone looked just like new. The Sim tray was working one day and it wasn't the next, surely that isn't my fault and is a manufacturing fault.
Very angry with their customer service and thus will now stay well away from their products.
