I ordered this product after taking a survey and was to pay shippng and handling charges of $2.95. I received the product and today I look at my bank statement and they have charged me $97.88. I called the company and the lady that I talked to was very rude and acted very defensive. She told me that surely I new that I wouldn't get their product for a mear $2.95, I said yes because that was what was advertised. She told me that I just didn't read all of the page when I ordered and that it was on their website. The problem with this is that I ordered from a website for freebies and coupons and never from their site. She said I was mistaken and proceded to read to me as she said "you should have read", about it being a tria of ten days. I made her take me out of their system and send me an email for proof, which I have already taken to my bank so if they try to charge me again I can file fraud charges. I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and I contacted the freebie/Coupon site that I ordered from and informed them of this and requested that they take this company out of their system also. I would love to get my money back; however I have my doubts. This company should be shut down ASAP!
