I saw an add on line for a weight loss product. I have never done this but thought it sounded like it might work. The was a free trial offer. If you try the product for 10 days and it doesn't work then you can cancel and only be charged for the shipping and handling. This was ordered on 10/21/10. I received it within 2 days but did not open it because we have been moving. Yesterday I had a charge for an additional $74.24 on my account. When I looked in the package there was no way to contact anyone. I went to where I had ordered it and could not find a way to contact anyone. Then I typed in the name of the company and found page after page of people having the same complaints. Some had phone numbers. I called one and she told me that today was day 10. I told her I have bank statements showing when the product was ordered and she said all she could do is give me a credit. I am supposed to go on line and fill out a cancel order, but she has to send me the website to go to. As of yet I have not received the website. So I looked down the list of complaints and found another number that is supposed to be one of their main offices.
