I ordered both the Anti-wrinkle serum July 1/13 and then the Eye Serum July 7/13? Approx 1 week later. The website stated it was a free trial for a shipping cost of $5.97 and the eye serum was $6.39. When I received my Visa statement I was them futher billed $100.84 for the Alore anti-wrinkle serum and and $101.97 for the eye cream. I only have Order confirmation order # for the Anti-wrinkle serum cream and did not get an e-mail with regards to my confirmation order for the eye cream at all. I sent them an e-mail asking the reason for the extra charges with no response.
