Was offered the Serum as a free gift for completing a survey on ebay, all I had to pay was £4.95 GBP p&p, which was taken from my account on 21st August. They then took £87.00 GBP, from my bank account on 06th September I only agreed to them taking the cost of p&p and nothing further. I have contacted my bank and consumer services today 10th September I will be writing to them at their registered address requesting a full refund by recorded delivery giving them 7 days to refund me in full
